WolfoRan Eval DPS

Eval DPS is a tool designed for event organizers, civil defense associations, and decision-making authorities to implement a proactive emergency response plan.
This user-friendly application calculates the required First Responder Ratio (FSR) for a public event, using the evaluation grid outlined in the national civil defense mission guidelines. Simply select the relevant factors and enter the estimated number of attendees to instantly obtain the FSR and determine the appropriate type of emergency response plan to implement.
Main functions

- Automatic determination of the DPS (Department of Public Safety) based on the obtained RIS
- Saving of completed evaluations, accessible at any time
- Creation of JPEG images of evaluations by taking a screenshot of the current grid
- Saving of screenshots in a directory where they are accessible for later viewing
- Quick access to simplified declaration forms (for fewer than 5,000 or more than 5,000 people) in PDF format, which can be filled out directly.
- Access to an evaluation grid that can be completed and signed via the PDF tool
- Quick access to the national repository of public safety missions
- Access to the flowchart of the declaration procedure
How to proceed?
The evaluation grid: The principle is simple: name the current evaluation (if you wish to save it), select the level of each indicator by checking the chosen option, indicate the number of people expected at the event at its peak, and the program will immediately display the RIS (ratio of first responders) and the type of DPS (First Aid Post) to be implemented.
Saving: Place your evaluation in the "My Evaluations" folder, which was created by default in the "My Documents" directory. To open a previously saved evaluation, either use the button in the "File" menu or double-click the file in the third tab's file explorer.
Completing a simplified declaration: Open a declaration template either from the buttons in the "Edit" menu or via the "PDF Documents" buttons in the bottom right corner of the "RIS Evaluation Grid" tab and complete the document fields. To save it, you must save it in a folder/directory of your choice. To do this, use the PDF reader commands: File/Save As...
Editing an evaluation grid: For PDF files, it is recommended to use Adobe Acrobat Reader, which offers editing tools. Once you have opened your file, click on "Fill & Sign" on the right. Then, place the cursor where you need to enter data and type it in. To save it, you must save it in a folder/directory of your choice. To do this, use the PDF reader commands: File/Save As... Print it, then add stamps and signatures before attaching it to the agreement that will have been drawn up between the civil defense association and the organizer.
