Software License

The WolfoRan LogEditor software, along with all its components and modules, hereinafter referred to as "the Software," is the property of its author, all rights reserved. Developed in France, it is protected by French law. Any individual or legal entity that fails to comply with the simple rules set forth herein is liable to prosecution. This user license applies to all WolfoRan LogEditor software and to all countries.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) constitutes a legal agreement between you, as the user, and the copyright holders and contributors, for the “Software.” You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Software and any related documentation for the duration of this EULA.
The Software is considered to be in “use” by you when it has been loaded into temporary memory (RAM) on your computer.
By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, delete all copies of this Software in your possession.
You have not acquired any rights, direct or indirect, to ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in all or any part of the Software under this EULA. Your use of this Software indicates your acceptance of this EULA.
The interaction or inclusion of certain parts of the software with third-party products does not imply that the software, or any part thereof, is part of those products or the property of the companies that own those products.
The software is free and usable for personal, commercial, governmental, professional, or non-profit purposes. "Free" means that no payment may be charged for the installation or use of the software.

a) Install and use the software on a personal or work computer.
b) Install the software on multiple computers.
c) Make a copy of the software for backup (automatic installer).
d) Redistribute the software in its entirety.

a) Distribute any part of the software, or copy or disseminate any part of the software documentation, except as originally intended.
b) You may not modify, adapt, rent, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the software or any part thereof.
c) Cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or alteration of this software. Compromise the integrity of this software in any way.
d) Remove any product identification, copyright notices, or proprietary restriction notices from this software.

The author does not guarantee that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the functions contained in the software will operate in harmony with any software or hardware that you may install and use, that the software will meet your requirements or expectations, or that the results obtained or data generated by the software will be functional, complete, or reliable.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF THE SOFTWARE, ITS USE, OR ANY OTHER TRANSACTION RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE.

This agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with French law. The language of this agreement is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
